Q. How old do you have to be to visit Wild Impulse?

A. The Prince Edward Island tobacco laws state that patrons to establishments that display tobacco openly must be 19 years of age or older. Because of this, we do not allow minors in the store under any circumstance. Customers should always be prepared to present a government issued piece of photo identification.

Q. Why do you ask for a phone number when I make a purchase?

A. Phone numbers are used to provide the best level of service from Wild Impulse. We offer a discount on many items to our frequent customers once their total amount of purchased goods exceeds $500. Providing a phone number will also help us recall receipts in our point of sale system for purchases a customer has made in the event they lose it and need proof of purchase for warranty purposes.

Q. What is your “Lowest Price Guarantee”?

A. If you happen to notice an exact item we carry in store supplied by another Canadian retailer at a lower price, show us the ad and we will do our best to match the lowest price!*

* Our “Lowest Price Guarantee” does not apply to items that have already been purchased from Wild Impulse, items that are priced “On Sale” at other Canadian retailers or items that are secondhand. We will match the listed price plus shipping and handling on exact items only.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. Due to the intimate and personal nature of Wild Impulse merchandise, we do not accept any returns of smoking or adult products. This is an industry standard. To understand this policy, ask yourself if you would want to use this type of product had it been returned by somebody else. This is our personal guarantee that the merchandise you receive is brand new. All products are tested and inspected in front of you before leaving the store to ensure they are in proper working condition. However, if (within 7 days) you have a legitimate reason for dissatisfaction, please contact the store with an explanation. Authorized personnel will consider each situation on its own merit. If we can solve your problem, we welcome any opportunity to expand on our exquisite customer service. Staff are prohibited from handling complaints or any personal product once it has left the store so please don’t bring it in.

Any non-intimate items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with receipt.
